May 24th, 2024 at 5:30 a.m. I was just heading to work and a storm nearly took my life. I made it out somehow, but it made sure to take everything else. I was let go from my job due to the severity of my injuries. Now I struggle to keep groceries in the house. I stumble with each step I take, so my kids no longer ask me to play outside with them. All I can say is value each second because it can all be taken away in a moment. #spinalcordinjury
