I filmed this one on a stormy morning in Betty's Bay, South Africa. Most of the video has strong wind with gusts of around 80km per hour at times. I like how the wind almost completely vaporizes the waves as they are torn apart when really gusting. You will see a few water spouts (mini twisters i suppose... don't know how else to describe them ...
