Four announcements were made at the Albany-Rensselaer, New York Amtrak facility by Governor Kathy Hochul, Amtrak President Roger Harris and MTA Metro-North President Justin Vonashek earlier in the day (in chronological order): 1 - Amtrak coach tickets will
