PESCADA FRITA - FRIED WHITING 😋 A classic recipe that's so easy. Use bone in or boneless fish fillets. You can substitute with any flaky fish such as haddock or cod. Ingedients: 2 pounds whiting (sliced into 1/2 inch pieces) *you can use frozen fish filet portions but defrost completely* sea salt 1 cup flour 2 eggs (beaten) 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup olive oil 1 lemon (1/2:for juice) parsley for garnish Preparations: Season fish with salt and lemon juice on both sides. Let sit a few minutes.
