Check in and ask your friends how are they doing. It’s important. Because you never really know until you ask… Do you think a WhatsApp or a social media comment counts as a check in? No judgement, I’m just curious. Sometimes I think a text just doesn’t cut it. In my opinion you have to make time for real connections. Face to face catch ups or at least a phone call to check in. Besides a good catch up with a friend is balm for the soul. And knowing a person is checking in on you counts for a lot.
