This is a common baking question I get anytime I talk about using oat flour or ground up oats in blood sugar friendly or diabetes friendly recipes. Are you doing this correctly? If a recipe lists a quantity of an I gredient and then has a comma with a decriptor or instructions after it: you measure first and then do whatever is after the comma.
