New afternoon tea in Sydney! The Ovolo Hotel has launched a Dolce and Mare afternoon tea which is Italian and seafood themed. The tea is by first nations brand Black Brews. I loved the Red Centre tea which is naturally bright pink. The savoury selection includes a caprese burger, Silician swordfish croquettes and a delicious lobster roll topped with Avruga caviar - that was our favourite. .
