Charles Edward Kelly (born November 25, 1963) [1] is an American professional football coach who is the offensive coordinator for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He came to prominence as a college football head coach at the Oregon Ducks from 2009 to 2012, leading them to the 2011 BCS National Championship Game.

Chip Kelly is in his first season as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach with the Ohio State Buckeyes. The veteran Power 5 and NFL head coach was named to the position by Ohio State head coach Ryan Day on Feb. 9. Kelly has a three-year contract that will carry him through the 2026 season.
