The former One Direction singer was on the judging panel for the series from Remarkable Entertainment that was produced on a U.K. set last summer.

Filmed in the U.K. in August 2024, Building the Band follows contestants as they "find their perfect bandmates solely based on musical compatibility, connection, and, most importantly, merit".
