The three daughters of former Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay—Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt and Kalen Jackson—spoke Tuesday about assuming ownership of the organization after their father's death in late May.

Jim Irsay did everything possible to prepare his three daughters for taking over his beloved Indianapolis Colts.

The Indianapolis Colts announced their new organizational structure Monday following the death of former owner Jim Irsay. All three of Irsay's daughters — Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt and Kalen Jackson — will serve as owners with the franchise.
