Oregon’s Grayson Grinsell is headed to the Detroit Tigers organization. The Ducks’ ace was selected by the Tigers in the sixth round with the No. 189 overall pick of the MLB draft on Monday. The pick has a slotted value of $333,500, according to MLB.com.
