Minutes into Game 1 of Connecticut’s first-round playoff series against the Indiana Fever, Carrington came under fire after she eye-poked Caitlin Clark and a foul was not called on her despite Clark’s eye being bruised.

A primetime Friday matchup is on tap with the Indiana Fever (15-12) traveling to College Park Center to take on the Dallas Wings (8-20).

The game was moved to the AAC in anticipation of a Clark-Paige Bueckers showdown, but Clark missed her 15th game overall.
