On Tuesday afternoon, the Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office identified the two people killed in the grocery: Benjamin S. Jeffery, 49, and Annasue Rocha, 19, both of Elkhart. Rocha worked at Martin’s, and Jeffery was a customer in the grocery.
