Lakers coach JJ Redick was among the many Pacific Palisades residents that lost a home to the devastating wildfires which burned throughout Southern California earlier this month. His sons, Knox and Kai, lost their collection of sports memorabilia and jerseys in the devastation, which NBA stars are teaming up to replenish.

After JJ Redick lost his home and his sons lost their sports memorabilia collection in the Palisades fire, those sons got a special gift on Saturday.

After JJ Redick walked off the postgame podium Saturday, his Los Angeles Lakers having held Stephen Curry to a rough shooting night in a 118-108 win over Golden State, there was a Warriors security guard waiting for him.

“Steph Curry’s bodyguard found JJ Redick after the game with a couple of Steph’s jerseys to give to his sons, helping to replenish their memorabilia collection that was lost in the fires,” Dave McMenamin shared in a post on X, formerly Twitter.

Warriors star Steph Curry had his bodyguard track down Lakers head coach JJ Redick to deliver autographed, personalized jerseys for Redick’s two sons, Knox and Kai.

Steph Curry on Saturday did his part to help the Redick family bounce back from the Los Angeles Wildfires. Los Angeles Lakers head coach JJ Redick lost his home in the Pacific Palisades fire earlier this month.
