Micah Parsons isn't holdout out. He's not griping. He's practicing and he's visiting with Jerry and he's instructing the Cowboys to cll his agent ... and Dak Prescott is keeping a watchful eye on the process.

Prescott is getting ready for his 10th NFL season, and only Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman has had a longer tenure in Dallas while starting under center. While Prescott, 31, has led the Cowboys to five playoff appearances, those trips have always ended before the team reached the NFC championship.
