Eagles coach Nick Sirianni defended A.J. Brown following Sunday's playoff loss to the San Francisco 49ers, a game that included multiple drops by the star wide receiver and a heated sideline exchange between the two.

In the first half Sunday they lost tight end George Kittle in the first half to what appeared to be an Achilles injury.

Tensions spilled onto the sideline as wide receiver AJ Brown and head coach Nick Sirianni engaged in an altercation.
