Right-click on the printer and click "Remove device." Windows will remove the device, including the failed driver installation. Uninstall any additional software associated with the printer.

Knowing a printer's registry key is necessary if you're trying to remove a printer from your computer and it won't delete or if you want to make advanced manual configuration changes to a printer.

Temporarily disable Windows Firewall or any other Security Software. Uninstall and Reinstall the printer driver in Compatibility mode. Check if Network Discovery and Printer Sharing is on.

To uninstall a device, you’ll need to open the Windows 10 Settings app, then navigate to Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
