A flash flood warning was issued by the NWS Raleigh NC on Monday at 6:06 p.m. in effect until 8 p.m. for Orange County.

The National Weather Service Albany and New York offices have issued flood watches for Dutchess, Ulster and Orange counties for Monday, July 14. Dutchess and Ulster counties have a flood watch in effect from the afternoon into the late hours of the night, and Orange County's flood watch began at 2 p.m. and continues into the evening.
