Nvidia Will Give U.S. a Cut of Its AI Chip Sales to China. The Stock Gets a Bump. Nvidia stcok inched up Monday after the Trump administration confirmed that a portion of its AI chip sales to China will go to the U.S. government.

In Q2, the chipmaker's data center revenue grew just 14% year over year, versus 57% in Q1, due to the export controls that prevented the sale of its AI-enabling GPU chips to China.
