(WHTM)– A winning scratch-off lottery ticket worth $1 million was sold in Pennsylvania, according to the PA Lottery. The PA Lottery said that a retailer in Westmoreland County sold a $1 million-winning “Win Win Win” Scratch-Off ticket this week.

A Connecticut Lottery player turned a $50 scratch-off ticket into a winning prize of $50,000. The player from Clinton won the prize in a game of Best Chance To Be A Millionaire, and claimed the winning prize Tuesday.
