Something stuck a script in your startup routines (or at least a reference to a script that, probably luckily for you, doesn't seem to exist where it's looking).

A Windows Script Host dialogue box should appear bearing the following message – Uninstalled product key successfully. Hit the OK button to dismiss the dialogue box.
