On Saturday at 8:25 p.m. an updated flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until Sunday at 7 a.m.

At 9:50 p.m. on Friday, the NWS Pendleton OR released an updated flood watch valid from Saturday 2 p.m. until Sunday 5 p.m. for Lower Columbia Basin and Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Washington.
