A Harford County couple who have played the Maryland Lottery together for nearly 40 years were left speechless after discovering a forgotten Powerball ticket

Late last June, the two Maryland College workers won $500,000 on a Gifts of Green scratch off ticket, according to a statement from Maryland Lottery.
