There has been a new update in the ring boys lawsuit against WWE, Vince McMahon, and Linda McMahon. As previously reported, the Maryland Supreme Court ruled that the Child Victims Act was constitutional.

In her original lawsuit filed in January 2024, former WWE employee Janel Grant had claimed she was made to perform sexual favours for a star wrestler “who was also a former UFC fighter” by former boss Vince McMahon.

NEW YORK – February 4, 2025 – A decision Monday by the Supreme Court of Maryland that upholds ending the statute of limitations on child sex abuse lawsuits will allow the child sex abuse case against World Wrestling Entertainment, LLC (WWE), Vincent K. McMahon and Linda McMahon (the McMahons), and TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (TKO) to move forward.

Lesnar's name was not included in the original lawsuit, and the 47-year-old is not listed as a defendant in the amended lawsuit.

The former WWE and UFC champion was rumored to have been an unnamed party in the suit, and now that has been confirmed.
