A paraglider was caught on video flying over the Riverside Dam boat ramp in North Dakota and crashed into power lines and fell into the river. Firefighters rushed to the scene to rescue him.

A pilot had a miraculous escape when their powered parachute clipped a power line over the Red River in Grand Forks, sending him crashing into the water.
