A paraglider was caught on video flying over the Riverside Dam boat ramp in North Dakota and crashed into power lines and fell into the river. Firefighters rushed to the scene to rescue him.

A paraglider in North Dakota struck some power lines and crashed into the river below. Emergency crews responded and were able to pull the pilot from the water. Officials say the man didn’t see the power line because the sun obscured his vision.
