The man who oversees the nation’s military has reposted a video on X, formerly Twitter, about a Christian nationalist church that included various pastors saying women should no longer be allowed to vote and should “submit” to their husbands.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth reposted a CNN segment about a pastor who believes women should not vote on the social media platform X. The segment largely focuses on Pastor Doug Wilson, a Christian nationalist who cofounded the Communion of Reformed Evangelical Churches (CREC) in Idaho.
