Former movie mogul Harvey Weinstein was convicted Wednesday of one of the top charges in his sex crimes retrial – but acquitted of another, and jurors were as yet unable to reach a verdict on a third charge.

During Kennedy's appearance on "Hannity," he discussed the protests in Los Angeles and California governor's response.

All of this comes after Weinstein’s 2020 rape and criminal sexual assault conviction was overturned in April 2024 after the court of appeals found the trial prejudiced Weinstein with improper rulings, including allowing women to testify about allegations that were not part of the case.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Jr. responded to the conclusion of Harvey Weinstein's retrial Thursday morning.
