MPS ready to fund half the cost for school resource officers
The Milwaukee Public Schools Board of Directors announced Thursday that they are ready to comply with a Milwaukee judge's court order to have 25 school resource officers back in MPS schools by next Thursday. The board said they will split half of the cost with the city. MPS' share is nearly $760,000.
