Jarrett Allen tied his playoff career high with 22 points and grabbed 19 rebounds as the Cleveland Cavaliers advanced to the Eastern Conference semifinals with a 114-102 victory over the Toronto Raptors in Game 7 of their series Sunday night.

"You almost died, bro." Two days after Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen took a scary spill, he led the Cavs to a Game 7 win over the Toronto Raptors.

The Cleveland Cavaliers dominated the Toronto Raptors in the second half of Game 7.  The two teams were tied at 49 at the half, but the Cavs came out of the locker room hot, with center Jarrett Allen leading the way.
