Airbnb co-founder and CEO Brian Chesky is defying Silicon Valley’s grindset with a ban on emails and early morning meetings—the 43-year-old billionaire likes to stay up late, and call or text instead.

The company added Airbnb Services and Airbnb Experiences, while also rolling out a new app, according to a news release. Airbnb said that the services option will allow you to add “incredible services to make your stay more special,” while the experiences option will allow you to “explore a city with the locals who know it best.”
